For account access, booking, payment, check-in, trainer, or partner gym help, email our support team.

Include the role you use in AxsPT and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, QR tokens, or authentication codes.

Account deletion requests can also be started from the Account or Settings area in the AxsPT app.
